REMINGTONS ILION N.Y. U.S.A. 50-100

Ok so I have this roll block, supposedly a 50-100 caliber, the boss man says. [Ha Ha]. It says REMINGTONS {not Remington} ILION N.Y. U.S.A. PAT. MAY 3D NOV.15TH 1864 APRIL 17TH 1866. Barrel is 31inches long and overall length is 47 inches. Would love to find out some info on it, and its value. Spent hours on the web to no avail. Do you also know a place I could look at a good picture? Thanks soo much for your time!
