There is nothing really that special about a .35 Remington and I doubt if there is much of a collector value.

People are usually looking for Model 70 Winchesters and Model 700 Remingtons and not the Gamemasters.

$350 is about the average price in Pennsylvania for any Model 760.

Due to the fact that kids are a lot smaller than what they were when I was a young'un, people are now looking for them old 35 Remingtons as a first gun. Mainly due to the fact that they will kill a deer just as good as any of the newer calibers and probably better than a .243.

Will not kick the snot out of the kid when he shoots it and will not cost a arm and a leg for ammo when he shoots it.

A 52' Remington is a pretty good find in any condition. But if you are going to use it for hunting, I would get the dust cover for the bolt changed out and replace it with a plastic one. They have a tendency to jingle when you walk through the woods.
