Any idea on how many of this model was produced? Did they have factory engraving?

There apparently were a few factory engraved guns. The few I've seen have been Model 32F "Premier" Grades. I've never seen a Model 32D "Tournament" Grade or a Model 32E "Expert" Grade.

I have never seen a 32 D or E either.
Surely there are a few hidden away out there.
