Opinions of the "new" R-51

I'm thinking of retiring my CZ-75 semicompact in favor of a smaller 9mm for concealed carry. The CZ is just too big to be comfortable and I find most sub compacts don't fit my hand very well. The R-51 does fit better but I've heard of dependability and quality issues.

Any comments?
