Remington M 10 Trap Grade "D" engraving

Post by m1903rifle »

I am "thinning the herd" so to speak, and I would like opinions as to the value of this M 10. It has about 90% of the factory blue with a few areas of very fine pitting. The bore is beautiful and there are no problems with the solid rib. The broken and poorly repaired butt stock is of course the problem, and, it is about 1" short in the LOP. Opinions please.

I have seen examples go for what I've considered very reasonable prices with less problems, and within a week see a wreck sell for 3 times that.

The market on these older Remington guns is very unpredictable in my experience.

That being said, the one I have could be a brother of yours although a tad older.

It has maybe 10-15% less blue and no broken stock and was purchased for less than $800.

Hope that helps,

Will

Will,
Thanks for the information. Based on your experience, I think I will try to get $900.00 for mine.
