Nylon Apache 77

I am the owner/moderator of the nylon rifles group over on yahoo and have been conducting a survey to determine how many of the green stocked K-Mart Apache 77 nylon rifles were actually made.

I have been collecting serial numbers and date codes on these rifles and have quite a few.

The serial number range I have so far is from A2254108 which is prior to April 1987 to A2400571 which was made in July 1988. I don't have the date code for the earlier serial number and have not seen any serial numbers higher than the 2.4 million range as noted. That's a spread of numbers of 146,463

All serial numbers and and date codes are important because they help me date rifles that I only have the serial number on and help divide unknown numbers by month.

If you have an Apache 77 please contribute to the survey. I would appreciate the serial number and the date code on the barrel. I will add it to my list. Let me know if you want to XX out the last couple numbers. otherwise I will post what you give me.
