newbie from TULSA

recently became the owner of a Remington Hepburn from my Uncles estate.He was an avid and Excellent custom reloader.I plan to use this rifle as a jumping in point to shooting and reloading.Any Help to this end will be appreciated.I am a 63 yr old Nam era NAVY vet. looking for new friends and places to shoot!
