I am currently researching the price for the Remington International Free Rifle for insurance reasons. I have been given a range of $1100 to $5000 depending on the condition of the gun. This price quote came from the Gun Broker's message board.
Does anyone have more information regarding the gun and the current prices?

Bluebook says only 107 Internationals were made and they have premium value over the regular 40xb CF repeaters top value of about $1400-1500.
I had a 6mm repeater 40xb with 2oz. trigger. It had superb accuracy, although we could not duplicate the under 1/4" factory test target. It had blue receiver and stainless barrel.
Indeed very special rifles.
