It has ( u o n c) on the lift side of the barrel & REP then an inclosed x & then a heart on the right side.
I know it was made july 1966.
I've been told it was made by the custom shop is that right or not?
Looking for info on it.

I have a Rem 700 BDL it has a 24 in. Stainless steal barrel & blue reciever. ss# 22xxxx.Cal 7 mag
