I am hardly an authority on this subject but have two Mark I Springfields and a device. Many years ago I got a lot of info from the NRA including pictures, history, and the like but this was 30 years ago and since that time they have become annoying to work with.
I think you will find NO one made an effort to reproduce "the device", my thinking is that the cost would be pretty ghastly with a very limited market. You will see a "device" now and then at a gun show, saw one about a year ago in NC with an asksing price over $30M and it had "burn marks" on it but was intact and usable.
You still see original ammunitiion for these at shows and on the internet but I don't remember the last time I saw one of the "devices" up for auction but then I haven't been looking.
I have never seen anything about the "blueprints" but again have a feeling they were destroyed along with ALL the "devices" but who knows, its amazing as to the stuff that does survive.
