Do a Google search on "Remington Model 3200 AND disable ejectors" and you will have a number of links to browse through. (we can only post one link per post, so I'm just giving you the most general way to find them rather than trying to post multiple ones)
I've never done it with my own 3200, but have contemplated it a time or two.

That's the VERY FIRST link in the search criteria I gave him.......and he basically said I was full of crap. So, I really don't care if he converts his ejectors to extractors or not.
