Well, I don't know where you're looking, but I found a number of them.
How many empties are you planning to catch and under what circumstances? There are single catchers and "bags" to catch multiples.
There are simple solutions, too. You could make a single catcher with a semi-heavy-duty rubber band. Or, you could make a multiple catcher out of a plastic or fabric bag and a couple of rubber bands (or Velcro straps) to hold it on.
