WTK: Value of Remington 760 Gamemaster in 6mm Rem?

I friend of mine has inherited a Remington 760 in 6mm. He asked me what the value was but I can not find any for sale in that caliber on my usual haunts (ie. gunsamerica, gunbroker, auctionarms, etc.). I know that chambering was only made in 1968 so it must be somewhat rare. Also, his gun is in mint condition. He said his dad bought it and sighted it in before putting it in the closet for all those years. After seeing the gun, I believe it. It is really pretty and the bluing was not worn or rubbed off anywhere. Can anyone help me out on pricing it?
