Sorry, no help on the single shot adaptor. The last one I had I sold (ten years ago or more) for $50. I believe they're somewhere north of $150 now.... Someone should be able to help????

John Gyde of course is correct, you just don't see them around anymore and when you do they are quite costly. The name for these little buggers was "Loading Platform" and they were "almost" identical in configuration to those used in the Model 52 Winchester.

Not that I have been of any help, but now you know what it is called!

Good luck in finding one......but like I say they are similar to those used in the M52 and there were a lot more of those made than 37's so if you find one and get excited, make sure it fits your rifle.
