The last number 2 is an inspector/proof mark.

I'm not sure what kind of info you are looking for. There are no records about to whom it was shipped or when, but... The M/33 was Rem's first bolt action 22 rifle. It was made from July 1931 through November 1935. Total production was 263,552. The original retail price was $5, but was often discounted (depression years). It was available in Standard grade, Smooth Bore, NRA Junior Target Grade & "P" model (with factory peep sight).
