Your No 4 was made in the mid to late 1920s. It should have a barrel code. Check dates of manufacture on the home page of this site for the month/year of production.
Gun shops, gun shows, internet sales are ll possible. I would sure start at one of the first two suggestions. Selling guns on the internet can be a pain unless one does it often.
