HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello all,

I am brand new to this forum, and I am in desperate need of help. My father in law failed to open the breech bolt on his 1100 before removing the barrel, and he now has a problem. The barrel went back in just fine, but the breech bolt will not slide open. Does anyone know how to remedy this? I would love to have your input.

Well now you have a real mess. Chances are that the shell latch has been pulled from its seat. The link may be out of place. At any rate, This will require some smithing to repair. If the latch has been pulled from the seat, it will have to be restaked in place. This requiers a special tool.
