Have had a great dealof trouble with a newsp-10 I bought last year. First the barrel was rusting thru lifting the camo finish off. Rem sent a new barrel. Now it won't cycle shells. Sent back to Rem. They say that they replaced the gas piston. still won't cycle. At the gun store where I bought it I , I have several opptions. One is to get a new sp-10, and this would be my choice if I knew that this first gun was just a fluke. I would like some feedback from other sp-10 owners on there guns. Other opptions are replacing with brning gold 10 or store credit. Like my rem choice the best if I know that I won't have the same trouble. Thanks, danny

My experience with this gun (three years worth) has been to keep it
extremely clean and make sure that the gas tube is completely cleaned out no obstructions or dirt particles.
Mine works flawlessly...
