7615 Available?

I first noticed the model 7615 in a new product review article in the September '05 NRA's American Rifleman magazine. It also is on Remington's law enforcement web page.

Is this rifle available to the civilian market?

yes they are. both gunsamerica and gunbroker have them listed and i have seen them at some local shows and shops. they appear to have two different sight configs. one is a ghost ring and the other standard 7600 sights.
