1867 .50 centerfire

I have a 1867 .50 Navy rolling block single shot pistol in poor+ condition, pitted bore, missing front sight, frozen firing pin and cannot be brought to the full cock(broken sear?) can anyone recommend a gunsmith in So Cal that is familiar with rolling blocks? Are parts available? I am looking to see if its worth the effort to make operable to include sleeving the pitted bore. and if I choose to take the plunge where can I find .50 brass and bullet?

thanks for the information concerning the brass, as time has passed since my post I found a source that will make the .50 navy brass.(stars and stipes). they told me the difference is in the rim thickness, mostlikely from the early and thicker Rimfire .50 cases as the 1867 model was converted to centerfire. The latter Army version should be a bit thinner. in the absence of load data I was thinking(guestimating) the load should be around 30 grains (volume) for the charge with the 300gr slug. (still researching load data) I wont have the thing for a couple of more months yet due to needed repairs, thanks again for the info.
