Info on very old Remington/UMC Book. Ghosts on cover

In my travles I found this book. It is dated on the inside of the hard cover, 1816-1912. Photo Below.. any information will be appreciated..

The book you have was published by Remington in 1912 and was distributed to customers and dealers around that time. It is the history of Remington from 1816 to 1912. The beginning story of how Remington started is not quite true and we in RSA have updated it in later publications. The book in fine condition sells for around $100 in today's market.
