I recently acquired the following rifle and would like to know the date of manufacture, or as close as possible.

Also where can I find the 32 rimfire ammunition for this beautiful rifle?

Thanks, any idea when the rifle was made? I believe 1890 to 1933. This seems to be a low serial number.

Solid frame Model 4 produced approximately 144,000 during the period 1890 - 1899.
Some information exists claiming that production may have extended into 1901.

I have not located serial number records for production numbers per year during this period so I can not pin that down any closer.
