513-t front sight mounting

what type front sight mount was standard from the factory on the remington 513-T .22 target rifle.
was it a 3/8 dove tail mount,or was it drilled and tapped for a screw on sight,or possibly both type mounts?
i really need this information,can sommeone please respond with this info

While this may not be definitive, my U.S. marked 513-T has a front sight base that is mounted to the barrel with two screws. My opinion is that I think you will find that they came both ways, the screwed on mount being better by far than the dovetail mount.
