I'm feeling quite fortunate right now

My father in law has a rented storage shed down the road from my house. He was in the process of cleaning it out and it contained some guns that he was going to give to his cousin in Chicago. One of these was a Remington 12 gauge he couldn't identify and I asked if I could have it sight unseen. He said I could have it. Turns out it was a Remington 1100 12 gauge in new condition. This is a beautiful shotgun. The only defect is a small scratch on the shoulder pad. All metal and wood is in new condition. Talk about lucky!!

Better nave him check the laws in Chicago, I'm currently storing several firearms for Chicago residents.

Actually, he lives in Texas, as do I. He just gave me the gun out of the goodness of his heart. It's mine!! All mine!!
