Thanks, that confirms another picture I saw. Is that an aluminum buttplate?

The magnum calibers had black rubber recoil pads, but the standard calibers had what you see in that picture. I guess it's aluminum......or some type of alloy.

That particular stock style was used on the BDLs from '62 thru '68.
