Old .22 Remington pump rifle

I have a Remington pump rifle that was given to my father by a patent attorney probably some time between 1912 and 1916. I can't find a model number on it. It has a magazine tube that moves when pumped, and the trigger and stock assembly can be removed from the barrel and magazine assembly by loosening a single screw. There is a pusbutton safety at the rear of the trigger guard.

On the top of the barrel is a stamped/engraved legend "REMINGTON ARMS - UNION METALIC CARTRIDGE CO., REMINGTON WORKS, ILION, N.Y. U.S.A. PEDERSEN'S PATENTS JAN. 5, 1909, OCT. 12, 1909, MAR. 8, 1910, NOV. 21. 1991, APRIL 16, 1912". It also has the Remington trade mark and the legend ".22 SHORT, LONG OR LONG RIFLE".

The gun is in operating condition, although I last fired it at fifty years ago. It has a leather case (poor condition) for protecting the gun when it is in two pieces.

I wonder if there is any collector interest in this item. I wish to find a home for it, as I am moving into a retirement community and I am downsizing my pile of possessions. Any comment or suggestions will be appreciated.

Having looked for information on the Remington web site, I think the rifle I have may be a Model 12A. It looks like the gun in the photo on the Remington web site. It has a round barrel and the additional markings of RW and the number (SN?) 331333.
