manufacture date of 541s

What is the date of a 541s with a serial number of1254xxx, it has the following on the right side of the barrel: started closest to the muzzle--a figure 8 looking mark, then LQ (which is together), then Y closest to the chamber. Thanks, Marty

LQ is Feb.,'78. The first mark is a proof mark and the last is the assembly person.
