Remington rifle model 12

Have a Remington Model 12 rimfire 22 WRF, octogen barrel, built in 1913. The butt is stamped Remington UMC. Have some info that states the correct model is 12 C S. Patents listed on the barrel show 1906-1912. Just inherited this absolute excellent piece and am trying to find the real value. Would appreciate any info. glengun@atlantic.net
