I'm a new member with an interest in FBI Firearms. I'm attaching photos of distinguishing characteristics of FBI Remington Model 81s with Lyman sights. The photos are of two FBI 81s, the Lyman Type 41R sight, and the combined/stacked script. I will submit additional photos in a following post. Thanks, dmc8163

Re: Model 81
Additional photos of FBI Remington Model 81s. Takedown bolt, high front sight and metal buttplate. Both rifles were manufactured during WWII. The FBI Remingtons were among the very, very few firearms shipped to civilian entitities during the war.
