Now that I have identified the pistol as an 1891 32 S&W centerfire Target RRB, is there another forum or group I could converse with to find out more about the manufacture date, quantity of this model that was made in the 32 S&W caliber, was this particular pistol special ordered, etc...? Thanks.

You should view a copy of Jerry Langston's book on Rolling Block Pistols. It will provide you with most of the info you want The book is out of print so you will have to go to a library to find it or buy one from a Book Dealer if he has one. Jay Huber
