I have always been a remington guy when it came to rifles, but I recently came into possession of a model 51 pistol, and in doing some research, I found this site. I look forward to learning lots of new stuff here.

yeah, I did find that. What will it be used for? If I send it in can I get some sort of background on my firearm?,(original dealer it shipped to etc.)

BTW, my 51 is serial #pa44366. It has no date code on the trigger guard, so how do I find out the date of manufacture?
