I don't like the plastic in the bores, but then without the plastic shot cups you'll get some leading, so take your choice. For a 12ga, I like 1oz of shot and 85grs of 3F. That's a stout load- most like 1oz with 65 to 70 grs. Oh, and paper wads. Paul
