I have an 1858 44 cal. rev. I was told it was a 3rd model and was made in 1863 or 1864. Serial number is 39548. Can anyone tell me what this would be worth or any other info. Cyl. stop is worn - will not disengage to allow cyl. to turn. Exterior of revolver is in good shape. I was told that it was probably used by the Union Army.
