Manufacture date of Remington Model 12a Pump .22 ?

I just picked up a Remington Pump .22 which I believe is a Model 12a
I would like to know the manufacture date for this rifle, but I think it might predate the chart on the front of this site..

* The serial number is 557XX
* It has a round barrel
* The gun fires .22 Short, Long, and Long Rifle
* The receiver is not engraved
* Gun is blued, plain straight stock, with a plastic buttplate
* The serial number is stamped on the bottom of the receiver near the magazine tube rather than on the side.
* There are two letters above the Serial number: RW (according to the date chart that would be Nov 2002, or reversed would be Aug 1968, which is why I believe this must predate the chart.. )
* On the barrel along with Remington Firearms, it's marked "Pedersen's Patent Jan'y 5, 1909..."
* There is a small 'H' stamped on the side of the barrel right next to the receiver.

It's a great little shooter. I'm not so much worried about the value, I got a good deal on it, and this is my first classic firearm. If any other information would be helpful in identifying the manufacture date, please let me know.

The other markings you describe indicates that the barrel, etc are original.
