If you look in Charles book he though the P is Remington Proof ?
All 12 of my 1894 and 3 of my 1900 have the P on the barrels
I have the anchor on 4 of my 1894 and 1 on the 1900

I just listed a Remington 1900 for sale in the for sale section

Canvasback I have 2 1984 12 gauges with 26" barrels on the 16 gauge frames
one has the right barrel mod and left barrel full choke and weight 3 lb. 3 oz .
the other has right barrel improve cylinder and full choke and weight 3 lb. 4 oz.
Both guns have had the right barrel open up
One gun weight is 6 ...

to buy all his Remington 1894 shotgun parts, which has a set of B grade barrel. If you are still

Is Garland Jackson still making upper lever springs for the Remington 1894
I have been trying contact Garland but no one has answered the phone.

The K on the barrels is Grade of model 1900, the P is for Remington Proof
Charles Semmer thought the /// it had 30" barrels

Remington 12ga. standard frame has 2 grooves in the rib extension for the ejectors, they used this frame for both 12ga. and 16ga. guns. The 12ga. frame firing pins have 1 3/16" spacing between them.

rdavisabc, the rib extention on a 12 ga. has two grooves for the ejectors and the 16 ga. has a upside down V

Your 1900 Remington was built on the small 16ga. receiver
It should weight around 6 lb. 9oz to 7 lb.
By the number of the barrel lug it was 1 1/8 load and was full and full
If you were going to hunt with it I would use 7/8 to 1 oz. 2 1/2 " shells in lite loads from RST shell
