Mod 580 stock material ??

Did the some of Rem 580 series rifles have Mahogany stocks?? I have a couple that sure look like it-it sure not walnut or birch??

I have found no evidence of Rem using Mahogany. Early 580s had walnut, later replace by "Walnut Finish" hardwood; mostly birch.
