I have one on pre-order, with deliveries anticipated in June. I'll be sure to report back.

If I'm reading their webpage correctly, this gun is made in Ilion. However, there's some "legal-ese" on their webpage, stating that Remington is producing this gun under contract for E-RPC, who will be responsible for marketing and distribution. I'm curious as to the story behind this arrangement. Could Remington be attempting to shield themselves from potential lawsuits from cities, etc now that they're producing handguns?

LLC - that would be my guess, with the likes of Mayor Short-Shanks (Daley) around. E-RPC, LLC should make 1 penny on each gun.
