700 ADL 6.5x55

Some basic research shows this rifle's serial number begins with an E. The Classics for sale in NA have a C prefix, correct for the time period. I believe you've answered your own question with it being European bound item when produced.

Some 6.5 Classic's have a D prefix.What year did E prefix's start?
