Remington Model 6 Improved Questions

Well, I just grabbed my next little project.
A Model 6 Improved Rolling Block.

Just a stripped receiver, so a lot of work coming up.
The SN on the receiver is Serial Number: 502269
So I'd like to know what year this would be, mainly for
the rebuild information.

2nd, I'd like to know more about barrels that would be available for this.
I'm not a fan of short barrels, and see from what little bit I've seen so far that it had a 20" barrel.

Because I'll need to put this together, and looking at wanting to make this a little tack driver
along with making a stock for it, I'm thinking of not rebuilding it to original specs
and more just a great .22

Which leads me to my next question. What does this rolling block receiver have the capability
of doing?, (does this have the capability of shooting a .22 Creedmoor if I can get a barrel made for it.
Or am I looking at keeping a .22

OK, I have the serial # 233272 for my new (To Me) rolling Block #4
Can anyone tell me when it was made.

One would think with this day and age anyone could look this up.
