serial numbers by date/factory record book

Post by Adam Lee »

I am trying to do some research on nailing down production details for a few of my old Remingtons. Some years ago, I located the online scans of early 20th century serial numbers from a Remington factory source of some kind. It was really informative. Kudos to whoever located and scanned those pages! However, in returning much later to access that information once again, I can't seem to find it. Here is the link I had used, it just stops right there at the cover scan without the pages of details. Is it just my misunderstanding of what buttons to click?

Thanks to anyone for help in advance!

I appreciate any help in trying to locate these old scans.

Dang - I found a tempting lead on the Remington Society page - but then, it stopped. I swear, about 8 years ago this link was followed up by the pages of scanned production records documents!

If anyone is able to access those scanned pages, please share how you did that with me. And everyone!
We will appreciate it!

Thanks.

Hi Adam, I think the information you are looking for can be found under RSA Gallery on the RSA home page. The third album has 48 pages of serial numbers.
