No idea who has parts but a local machine shop should be able to make one fairly easy. Take your picture and the parts so that they can see what the part looks like installed.

I agree with Mainspring. Should be easy to fabricate. The only issue I see is determination of nut width.

Thanks Mainspring & dieNusse1,
Have tried several but there seems to be a problem with difficult threading.?
Understanding above my pay grade...
But will try some more outfits.

A local machine shop has made screws for me, and the major problem is that the threads of 1863 weren't a standard dia. and pitch. That shouldn't be a problem for the Pedersen device. If that is the problem that you have, there will be a charge for setting up their equipment and programing their computer. In my case (about 10 years ago) this cost was $100. The screws only cost $3 each, but the computer set up was the same no matter how many screws they made. In your case, I'd have at least 2 made, and maybe a few more and offer them for sale to a parts dealer.

Another problem you will have, is that most shops won't take on a job this small. If they will do it, the work will be done pretty much when they have nothing else to do. In my case it was about 7 months.

Good Luck,
Daniel
