Model 37 Receiver Sight/Owners Manual

I own a Model 37, bull barrel, and am looking for an owners manual (it can be a photocopy-I am not a collector) and an original equipment receiver sight (slides onto a metal mount, with holes for positioning/securing sight, that is attached to left side of rear receiver. thanks
