I'm not sure if I'm in the right place for this, I've never seen anything here about M1917's. Any way I just got what I believe to be a NOS M1917 Eddystone with numbered box from Red River Arsenal. These were sold off through the DCM in the 40's to NRA members for the princely sum of $7.50.No rebuild marks visible. Screws still staked in place from the factory. Follower depressor still in place in the magazine.If there are any M1917 experts on this forum, I would like you to look at some photos and tell me if I'm right or wrong. I'm not sure how to post pictures on this forum so I will try. If I'm not successful please email be directly and I will send you pictures.
