This is a good question. I went over all the information I have on the 14 and could not find one piece of information. Since you have the rifles, you can check the twist with a cleaning rod, brush, patch and some masking tape. Use a brush that fits tight in the bore (not too tight) on a rod that turns freely with the twist. Place rod in muzzle and push part way through the barrel. Place a piece of tape around the rod at the crown. Place another piece of tape around the rod near the handel and put a mark in the 12oclock position. Push the rod into the barrel until the index mark turns around the rod a full 360 degrees (one full turn) Place another piece of tape around the rod at the crown. The distance from inside to outside of the two pieces of tape will be your twist rate. The key is that the rod has to turn in the barrel without skipping. This is not the most accurate way of doing this but it will give you a good idea of the rate.

Note: I have found that a worn brush with a patch works better than a tight brush alone.(don't use a new brush with a patch, you might get the mess stuck in the bore.)
