Does anyone have any recommendations as to where to search for this info? I keep coming up with lots of looks but no suggestions. Thank you for your time, Ken

July 1966 is your build date. Serial number corroborates this. Are the sights nice and level? The assembler number seems awfully close to the recoil lug, only mabe indicating a rethreaded and set back barrel. I may well be incorrect on that fact.

Thank you for the reply. Front sight good and level no rear which may go along with the barrel being reworked. I'm the second owner of this and no history given when purchased. Any thoughts on the twist rate?

Sorry-twist rate should be one in 9.25 in the early 700s
