What do you guys think — Remington 700 or Tikka T3x? Which one’s the better pick for an intermediate shooter?

The Tikka would be my choice of the two if we are talking a new rifle. I like some of the older Remington bolt guns but was never a 700 fan. I have owned 5 m700's over the years but have not owned one in the last 20 years. They were good guns but they were never interesting to me so never stayed around long. Never owned a Sako product that was not interesting . I don't care for the T3x with the box mag , Ranch version . It just gives you something to lose in the woods.
