OK, I have the serial # 233272 for my new (To Me) rolling Block #4
Can anyone tell me when it was made.
One would think with this day and age anyone could look this up.

typed into google, this was the 4th result. i can't verify that info, but it was easy to find and i assume it's close.

Hey fritz , most of the info I've read states the No. 4 solid frame
was 1890 to 1900 , lever take down on the right
was 1901 to 1921 and the last iteration
with the take down on the Left was 1921 to 1933 .
Numbers of 350,000 are reported .
This No.4 is around 1912 - 1915 sr.# 179,090 in .22lr.
