Need help identifying Shotgun

I need help identifying a shotgun I gave my husband 40 years ago as all info passed with him. The name is 'E Remington & Sons, I Lions N.Y.' Under stock is a 3 on each barrell & the # 138. (See pic) The barrels are 30" long. There is nice engraving. I'd like to know year & gauge. Thanks for any help. I plan to sell.
