Remington #5 rolling block carbine in 303 British

We have acquired what appears to be a Remington #5 carbine in 303 British and are looking to get confirmation on that. It has a 20 1/2 inch barrel and a bit over 36" overall, it has a serial of 5-161. It is marked Remington Arms co. Illion, NY, USA. It definitely is showing it's age, but appears to be all original including the front and rear sights. Any input would be appreciated, as we would be looking to determine value for sale.
