Adding a look see at an original and rare Remington Jobbers' cutlery price listing from 1929.
In addition just for fun some may remember the Tom MIx show...Here is the straight shooters members catalog, a Tom Mix marbel and the Purina Ralston Tom Mix Knife made by Remington.

Re: Remington Advertising 1920-1940
I have a pretty good collection of Remington catalogs from the introduction of the Remington Hammerless Double in October 1894 to the time the Model 31 was replaced by the Model 870. One of the most interesting pieces to come my way from 1924, titled Remington Game Load Trails --

Re: Remington Advertising 1920-1940
There is also a panel and a half map of the forty-eight states, camping, hunting and fishing checklists --
When completely open it is three by four panels, 33 3/4" by 27 1/4" and the other side is a 1924 Rand McNally road map of New Jersey.
Do these exist for the other states? If so do some states get ads for the big game rifles Model 14, Model 14 1/2 and Model 8? Advertising for metallic cartridges?

Researcher that is awesome Remington advertising. Never seen one of those mainly because my attention/obsession is with Remington's cutlery division. The knives that your brochure illustrates, R1306 and the R1123 I have in my personal collection. Wish I had a few of the rifles as well...very cool item thanks for showing it!

I have at least partially answered my own question. Upon rereading my post I thought why don't O Bing this, and I found this one for Illinois --

Researcher thanks so much for the show and tell and the site reference. Great looking brochure will be looking to see if I can find one for Virginia. Very nice advertising for a fact!

Aremingtonsedge,
If I am not mistaken the LBH Bears appear in or around 1913 and only last a few years, no later than 1919 if I'm not off my rocker.
Dave may correct me.
Thanks for the great pieces!
Will

AREMINGTONSEDGE
I have been searching high and low for more info on a Remington knife I recently came across.
I am hoping you may have the info I am looking for! The knife in question is a single blade folding knife with a tang stamp indicative of being produced in the 1924-1933 era. The back of the blade reads "R03".
I noticed the photo you posted of the 1929 Jobbers' Price List shows this item number listed in the upper right corner. Can you please share any more info you have on this item? Is this, in fact, the same R03 I have?
TIA
